Location: Beijing

This belief guides their strategy in product development. Now, the company core product is the largest content discovery and creation platform in China.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay or Thai.
3. In-depth understanding with local market :Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, especially local culture and Internet development trend.
4. Familiarity of local social media influencers and headhunters.
5. Passion in broadcasting and online short video products; curiosity in varieties of social media APPs.
6. 3 years of related experience in PGC(Professional Generated Content) and UGC(User-generated Content) platforms.
7 Experience in partnerships between social media and broadcast networks or multichannel distributors.
8. Experience managing online communities of bloggers or YouTube creators with followers.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage short videos content operations, propose feasible and logical operation plans, and track related performances.
2. Create innovative insights on short video production, and develop content/community with unique/identifiable style.
3. Plan timely event marketing campaigns, and online activities.
4. Familiarize with new media operation process; monitor and secure content quality to maintain SNS social media content outflow and reputation.
