Overseas (UK) Project Supervisor Needed in Beijing

Job Title: Overseas Project Supervisor
Office Location: Guan Zhuang , Chaoyang District, Beijing


Job Responsibilities:
1/ business contacts with UK (the United Kingdom) for real estate projects, and 5-star hotel project
2/ to cooperate with UK local partners, such as lawyers and suppliers
3/ business affairs coordination between Beijing and UK
4/ business travels between China and UK

Requirements:
1/ this position only welcomes someone from UK (the United Kingdom).
2/ good Chinese ability, HSK3 or above will be an advantage
3/ bachelor degree or above
4/ At least 3 years working experience, familiar with UK business policy, law and practice, familiar with UK real estate process
5/ can work in Guan Zhuang Area, Beijing. Someone now in China is most welcome, or you can come to work in China very easily
