Ideal part-time role for trailing spouses

Fast expanding relocation agency is looking for a dedicated and reliable part-time relocation consultant to act as an orientation counselor in Dalian. The consultant will be asked to help our expatriate clients to relocate to Dalian and are asked to share their knowledge of the city from an expat perspective. Tasks include the coordination and execution of orientation programs, look-see visits, school searches and accompanied home searches for our assignees from time to time. The consultant may also be asked to assist with the creation and update of local area guides.

Native English, French, Korean or German speakers with a basic knowledge of Chinese are preferred. Any consultant needs to have very good contacts in the expatriate community, and have a solid understanding of the city’s expat infrastructure (schools, hospitals, supermarkets). You will need to have a natural enthusiasm for living in China, and have been in Dalian for a min. of 2 years.
