Coastal Staffing Solutions a Premier staffing and recruiting company, has opened up its Home Textiles Division. We have opportunities throughout China and the United States.

Due to their tremendous growth, we have been retained by a very successful importer of quality home textile products, to help them identify an Operations Manager for their Shanghai Office. This is a newly created position. The company has a casual, low stress work environment and believes in empowering their employees.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years production experience in the home textiles industry

• Must have hands on managerial skills.

• Must have understanding of production systems and operations.

• Must understand product.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and have a high level of integrity/honesty.

• Must speak English.

Requirements:

 At least 2 years production and sourcing management experience in home textiles required. Top of the Bed is a plus.
 Must have experience traveling and working with Chinese Home Textile manufacturers.
 Must be located in Shanghai.
