Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1)Work with interfaces departments on Spare Parts Supply projects, keep it on track and report of the results in timely manner of suppliers.
2) Internal process coordination in SAP System and external supplier communication.
3) Work on spare parts localization project
4) Perform procedures of procurement accurately, including following work flows, work processed, data entry and supplier steering management.
5) Support supplier relationship management, on-time delivery data preparation.
6) Office administration, such as meeting room arrangement, stationary supply, organize suppliers workshop and so on.
7) Complete the tasks arranged by department accordingly.

2) Logistics, supply chain management, purchasing, business management, industrial engineering, economics background.
3) Who can work 4-5 days a week.
4) Fluent in English.
5) Solid proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (Vlookup, SUM, IF, PIVOT etc.).
