Job Description:
1.Coordinate with Design team/ Client to follow-up daily design or site issues, and manage contracts/agreements.
2.Generate Inspection report to Project Director and Design team including floor plan.
3.Coordinate with internal divisions and external clients on invoices and payment tracking, make sure all invoices and payment are issued and received timely and correctly.
4.Review Shop drawing / technical coordination.
5.Face with our client as front line for presentation/coordination/Translation.
6.Manage / consolidate all information into readable/ understandable format for designer or client.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1.University graduates with at least three year relevant working experience.
2.Proven skills in computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Photoshop/ CAD
3.Coordination skills and attention to details.
4.Working knowledge of office procedures / Design procedures
5.Independent worker who possesses initiatives.
6.Be responsible for the tasks he/she is assigned to.
7.Fluent English / mandarin in speaking and wiring.
