Customer Service – ECommerce - Job Description

we are a fast growing Ecomerce Biz. ideal candidate needs to be flexible in their job scope and have a can-do attitude. we welcome English beginners as we will provide training scripts to follow.
French, German, English are a PLUS.

Responsibilities are:
- respond to emails.
- make sure resends and refunds are properly assigned
- Goal is to get as many 5-Star feedback as possible

Secondary task:
- support Order Fulfillment team
- help to do packaging
- support or order supplies necessary for office needs and order needs
- be an expert in TaoBao
- handle communication with vendors

Preferred languages:
- English
- French
- German
