Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for the smooth running of the reception desk, including meet and greet of visitors, answer telephone, screen and direct calls.Proactive to identify and welcome the requirements, ability to respond the requirements in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
2. Maintenance of conference rooms and booking calendar making sure conference rooms are clean and ready for next meeting.
3. Office tasks such as receiving fax, booking couriers, ordering stationery, organizing staff meeting and events to support office’s daily operations.
4. Coordinate Expat’s apartment rental and visa/residence permit issue.
5. Other administration and office related tasks.

Requirements:
The role is responsible for representing the company in a highly professional manner as a first point of contact. Candidates will be outgoing, service and result oriented, self-motivated with:
1. College degree above.
2. At least 2 year previous experience with working for a Multi-national company; outstanding fresh graduate is welcomed.
3. Good oral and written English. CET-6 is a must.
4. Good communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
5. Service oriented attitude.
6. Experience with using MS office and the Internet.
