As a Real Estate Representative you will learn how to effectively communicate with customers, be able to build partnerships with potential prospects and manage relationships with existing customers in order to enhance company’s sales and reputation

Duties and Responsibilities:
-          Developing interpersonal relationships. Written and verbal skills are vital in dealing with individuals as well as groups
-          Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing service
-          Compare residential and commercial properties with similar properties to determine fair market price
-          Maintain and update the database and internet based marketing tools
-          Discuss cost of maintaining the properties and possible renovations with the customers
-          Communicate and follow up with other related departments to ensure all necessary maintenance needs are done

Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Mandarin will be a distinctive advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and skills.
Good communications and interpersonal skills is essential.
Knowledge of current office software applications.
Pleasant personality with a can do attitude.
