So, what will I actually be doing?

As a HR Officer on a daily basis you'd be talking to BD Team and a number of people that you feel would be right for the role. Your work would involve:

Selecting eligible candidates for each position;
Emailing or calling to the qualified candidates;
Scheduling the interviews with BD team;
Working closely together with BD team to ensure high quality service;
Writting weekly and monthly report.
