We are a Hong Kong listed company with factories in China producing chemicals. We are now looking for a R&D Leader who has the following work experience, qualification, and abilities:-

1. Has solid experience in developing liquid paint and powder coating specializing in architectural coatings and coil coating
2. Can lead a team of R&D staff to develop coatings and their formulation database
3. Has a good understanding of AAMA and FDA standards
4. Can speak fluent English, good understanding of Chinese is preferable but it is not necessary.
5. Can work in a multicultural environment and can work under pressure.
