This will be completed by:-
- Analysis of the current component (module level)
- Detection of overdesigned component (part level)
- Perform feasibility (saving proposal for quotation)
- Specification and DVP analysis
- Competitor teardown follow up
- CR preparation for saving tracking
- CR presentation in CMB for approval
- CR tracking till implementation on the vehicle
- Follow saving validation (in test facilities)
- Support to create each business case
- Tandem team support (reporting of engineering progress for each ideas)
- Workshop with current supplier and other potential suppliers
- Benchmark database (AC2mac1), comparison current component / competitors
- Preparing/Presenting of detailed technical reports both internally and externally to customers or and suppliers;


Qualification:


- Good communication skills with every OEM department (Core team, purchasing, engineering…)
- 10+ years firsthand experience in powertrain and chassis integration and development, and communicating with customers;
- Automotive, Mechanical Engineering degree or significant relevant experience;
- Good communication ability in English.
- Catia V5 capabilities (DMU, and should be able to design rougly some parts for quotation)
