So, what will I actually be doing?

As a recruitment Intern on a daily basis you'd be talking to Sales Team and a number of people that you feel would be right for the role. Your work would involve:

Selecting eligible candidates for each position;
Calling to the qualified candidates;
Scheduling the interviews with Sales team;
Working closely together with Sales team to ensure high quality service.

You could work for various type of partners of LaowaiCareer ranges of office based and educational jobs, or for a more specialized organization. You'd be dealing with permanent or temporary work at all levels.
