This is a leading IT solutions & services provider in China,with 8 regional headquarters, 16 software development & technical support centers, 5 software R&D bases and a comprehensive marketing & service network in over 40 cities across China, as well as subsidiaries in USA, Japan and Europe, maintaining a total of more than 15,000 employees.
Position: Business Planning Manager (Europe, U.S.A .) – Network Security Division
Location: Beijing/Shenyang
Salary: Competitive and to be discussed during interview (over 200,000 yuan per year)
Main responsibilities:
1. Market research: Engaged in launching market research for all products in charge, tracking and analysing customers' requirements for related products, collecting and analyzing competitive information to research on competitors and industry trend, and delivering market research report and corresponding business plan.
2. Product planning: Responsible for making product development strategies and product platform planning, collecting both internal and external product originality ,then organizing argumentation and initiating a project approval application for a new product development, summiting it to product policy-making team for appraisal.
3. Development process management: Responsible for guiding and monitoring the whole product development process, in charge of product feature planning assessment at crucial stage.
Position requirements:
1. Experienced in product planning for firewall, UTM, next generation firewall, virtualization or cloud computing related.
2. Five years above software development experience and 2 years above product manager working experience.
3. Expert business knowledgebase in network security, processing analytics tools and methodology about business, competition and finance.
4. Master product planning and product verification methods as well as project management skills.
5. Strong accomplishment orientation, excellent communication, documentation composing and presentation skills.
6. Proficient English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
7. European and American professionals with related working experience are preferred.
