Job Description
Introduction:
This 4 star hotel is located in the heart of Beijing's business and entertainment districts. Its location is very convenient for transportation (close to Subway Line 1, Line 2).
It has more than 700 guests’ rooms and suites with 42-inch LCD TV, high-speed Internet, LED lamps and other modern room amenities. Hotel owns a capacity of 300 people banquet hall and fully equipped multi-functional conference rooms. The Lobby Café offers guests a variety of sweet-smelling coffee, and delicious western-style cakes. It has a perfect Cantonese-style Chinese restaurant and Japanese restaurant.

Internship duration: 3-6months
Working hours: 8 hours
Salary: negotiable
Internship Description:
1. Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. Close sales transactions. Consistently achieve revenue goals. Provide quality customer service.
2. Be in charge of at least one major department within the hotel property, such as the Front Office, Housekeeping etc.
3, Assist Hotel General Manager for the implementation of all hotel projects/programs such as Players, CLIP etc.
4, Work independently to establish good working relationship with General Managers, Executive Assistant Managers, Food and Beverage Managers/Directors and Purchasing Managers.
Requirements:
1. Prefer students with the background of hospitality management.
2. Good customer service skills. Pre-opening experience preferred.
3. Possess fluency in English along with one or more of the languages.
4. Keyboard skills are preferred but not essential.
