Fast growing biotech company requires a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to take responsibility for the accounting, financial control and basic operational processes within the company.

The ideal candidate will be able to fulfill the following roles:

- Company accountant
- Financial controller
- Business process analysis

The successful candidate will manage a team of 2 to implement robust and professional company accounting, administration and logistics systems, along with managing costs of all operational activities, ensuring the company maintains a consistent profit.

Nationality is unimportant, excellent English is required. Specific knowledge of Chinese accounting laws and procedures is an advantage but not required. Chinese language is an advantage but not required.

Starting salary is 10,000RMB/Month; quick progression is expected with appropriate salary increases.
