Job Description
Position Overview

The executive assistant will support RGAx managing director providing a wide range of secretarial, marketing, and other general support duties.


Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with client meeting organization by planning and carrying out all necessary logistics and details.
  • Handling phone coverage with inside and outside contacts in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with external and internal contacts
  • Prepare and/or edit PowerPoint presentations, letters and reports for meetings and conferences.
  • Receiving walk-in guests.
  • Other duties assigned.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Book extensive international/domestic travel and build complex itineraries and agendas.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries for visitors to the office.
  • Travel support for all RGAx employees in the region, including travel and conferences booking, etc, even for non-China based employees.

Calendar Management:

  • Supporting seminars/marketing events (i.e. compose/distribute invitations, confirmation of attendees, reception at seminar/marketing event, etc.)
  • Supporting and organizing internal and external marketing events as needed.
  • Delivering external important documents as needed.

Requirements
  • College or above degree with major in English, Business admin or related
  • 2 to 3 years related working experience as similar role in multinational companies

  • Details oriented and responsible
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese - both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated, results oriented and solutions focused
  • Highly organized and possess the ability to effectively prioritize workload
  • Work independently without close management
  • Excellent service consciousness, pleasant and outgoing personality with professional appearance, be willing to do more.
