This is an in-house role and the recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and coordinating the hiring process for our Chengdu studio in order to ensure the smooth running of the operations. The recruiter will be responsible for assigned talent acquisition activities including but not limited to vacancy recruiting; recruitment programs; campus events and more. Provides advice, expertise and assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various recruiting/talent acquisition related issues. To be best in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with all Talent Acquisition members on the hiring needs in the Chengdu studio
  • Perform end to end hiring tasks from receiving hiring needs to on-boarding candidate
  • Build a strong professional relationship with all teams in the studio
  • Promote Ubisoft Chengdu by offering great candidate experience throughout selection process
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
  • Ability to recruit candidates within a short time-frame and understanding what’s the difference between a great and good candidate
  • Recommend ideas and strategies relating to recruitment that will contribute to short and long term growth of the studio

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment work, IT & Game industry is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of staffing techniques and labor regulations
  • Understands HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, screening, talent management, recruiting, employment law, contact language, etc
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to drive continuous business process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
  • Proficient negotiation and interviewing skills
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Language: Excellent command of Madrine and English
