Job Description

REPORTS TO:

Main report to the Finance Director with a dotted line to the HR Manager

The Finance and HR Administrator will play a vital role in the day to day financial operations and perform all-rounded HR & Admin tasks, guaranteeing the smooth execution of main business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process all employee expenses claims verification and to ensure all claims in line with the company policy
  • Prepare and initiate all office bank payment through online banking and create payment vouchers per related invoice
  • Prepare all daily journal entries in Kingdee system and file them per local government requirements
  • Prepare local financial statement and monthly account reconciliation after month end close
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly tax filing of VAT/CIT for Shenzhen office
  • Keep fixed assets list updated and prepare tag for new assets
  • Assist to complete company annual filing/other government statistic report of Shenzhen/Hong Kong office if any
  • Other operational bank/tax tasks if any
  • Work closely with the HR team in making sure all necessary audit requirements are met
  • Keep a close relationship with FESCO and guaranteeing that associates’ main financial concerns are addressed
  • Perform all rounded HR function including but not limited to Mainland Payroll, recruitment, assist associates with benefit claims, coordinate the renewal of expatriates’ working visa
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel schedule for both local and overseas incoming guests
  • Process enrolments, changes, and terminations of participants in all benefits plans and programs
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management as requested


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • College /Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 5 years working experience in Accounting
  • Previous experience in admin, HR or office management would be advantageous
  • Solid knowledge in Accounting, Taxes
  • Strong interest in Mainland payroll, PRC Labor Law and C&Bs
  • Accurate, organized personality, efficient and detailed oriented
  • High level of confidentiality required
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
