Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of HR & Operations support in China
- Handle staff onboarding & off boarding and monthly payroll
- Managed the background checks and sign off procedures
- Responsible for invoice issuance and account payables
- Support Annual Insurance Review & Tax Return to government
- Liaise with China local accountant/ auditor
- Handle general office administration and Ad-hoc projects
- Respond to general enquiries
Requirements
- University graduate, preferable in HR major
- At least 5 years of experience in HR
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment, and keep pace with change
- Good knowledge of China Labour Law & HR processes
- Detail-Oriented and well organized
- Self-motivated and a team player
