Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Provide full spectrum of HR & Operations support in China
  • Handle staff onboarding & off boarding and monthly payroll
  • Managed the background checks and sign off procedures
  • Responsible for invoice issuance and account payables
  • Support Annual Insurance Review & Tax Return to government
  • Liaise with China local accountant/ auditor
  • Handle general office administration and Ad-hoc projects
  • Respond to general enquiries


Requirements


  • University graduate, preferable in HR major
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment, and keep pace with change
  • Good knowledge of China Labour Law & HR processes
  • Detail-Oriented and well organized
  • Self-motivated and a team player
