Job Description
- Coordinate, prepare, and analyze quarterly and monthly forecasts, headcount dashboard, and other ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
- Manage your business unit’s monthly close process
- Help coordinate Worldwide Facilities level accounting activities
- Work directly with cost center managers to understand actuals, identify trends, and assess opportunities to influence cost
- Serve as the capital leader for your business unit. This includes the consolidation of asset management activities such as physical audits, capital authorization requests, and active capital inputs
- Drive continuous process improvement in financial analysis and cost reduction efforts
- Proactively seek opportunities for continued process improvement and job efficiency
- Support and ensure financial and operational compliance with all facilities related accounting close activitie
