Accountabilities

• Assist the Procurement Manager (CN) in establishing and maintaining an ‘audit proof’ purchasing system for the business requirement, and reducing the purchasing spend by the most appropriate means.
• Specialized in strategic sourcing of goods and services to ensure best competitive cost with quality as needed by the business units/users.
• Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives
• Supply market research/intelligence to support business decisions in investment and budgets, and establishment of frame contracts, identification of strategic sourcing opportunities and development and management of strategic suppliers is key
• Achieve greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their demand and needs in terms of quality, price and services
• Develop and maintain a most competitive, qualified vendor pool/source and procurement process.
• Share of market/category trends to all users, prepare and lead strategic supplier negotiations, prepare/conduct and lead tender process (eSourcing, eBidding, etc)
• Ensure effective implementation of procurement related contracts
• Ensure procurement policies compliance, conduct vendor management and identify new best in class vendors, manage budgets and cost saving initiatives
