About the Role:
This position is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to obtain a broad introduction to Human Resources and is a stepping stone to a HR leadership role in Kerry. You will have the opportunity to gain real breadth of HR experience across different sites and business areas.
From day one, you will be placed in an actual role and work alongside with the HR team to attract, develop, mobilise and retain great talent. As a graduate, you will be also be given real responsibility to drive projects that optimize existing processes, migrate to new processes or systems, or roll out processes within the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Support the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries
Reporting and Data Management
Produce job descriptions ensuring compliance with current/upcoming legislation
Source candidates directly using various methods
Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is managed effectively and that data is kept up to date and accurate
Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ overall suitability for the business
Arrange interviews for Partners and Line Managers
Manage offer process
Produce all related paperwork and administration including offer letters and contracts
Ensure compliance throughout the business for recruitment related activity
Process improvement
- Employee forums and events
Talent Development/Project Management
Collaborate closely with HR Shared Service, Recruitment, IT & Facilities and takes ownership of on end to end HR processes for employees
Learn to problem solve for special cases
Work on continuous improvements projects to optimize current processes and elevate employee experiences to the next level Driving HR Excellence Projects

Minimum Second Class Upper Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related specialization
Excellent communication

Good aptitude in data processing and reports
Technically savvy in basic computer software (e.g. MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
