Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) profitability by assisting manager in managing, directing and motivating counter staff.
-To control branch operations and closely monitor cash position.
-To ensure operational procedures are in accordance with management directives, business requirements and local regulations.
-To keep alert for any suspicious money laundry activities.
-To ensure all reports & returns either submitted to local government or required internally are produced on a timely and consistent basis and reflect the actual situation in the branch.
-To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service.
-Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Counter service experiences, with supervisory experience preferred
-Solid knowledge on RBWM operations and products
-Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guidelines
-Strong sense of responsibility with strong management skill
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent spoken and written English
