Job Description

Main tasks

1. Assist P-file management;

2. Give support on attendance record-keeping;

3. Assist contract management;

4. Staff card management;

5. Office stationery purchase and management;

6. Shuttle bus arrangement;

7. Assist payments procedure;

8. Other tasks assigned.


Requirement

1. Bachelor degree is preferred;

2. Have experience in dealing with / consolidating figures and data maintenance;

3. Good interaction, communication skills is required;

4. Fluent in oral and written communication in English;

5. Good command of MS tools.
