Job Description

Position Summary:

Proactively drive and coordinate all HR practices relating to compensation and benefits issues across South China, to meet HR objectives and overall business strategy of the organization


Main responsibilities:

1.Conduct the monthly payroll, IIT & Social Insurance timely & accurately ;

2.Support manager to provide C&B relevant reporting for management review ;

3.Budgeting support ;

4.Collect the market info and conduct the annual salary survey ;

5.Coordinate and execute C&B process in line with local legislations and company policy ;

6. Other ad hoc HR projects .


Requirements:

1.University graduated;

2.At least 3-5 years solid HR experience and be familiar with the local labor law;

3.Good PC skills(especial for Excel);

4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;

5.Good understanding of local C&B practices, processes and related legislations;

6.Strong numerical & analytical skills including the ability to work on details with high level of accuracy;

7.Good Communication Skills;

8.Can work under pressure with high efficiency.
