RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for raw material tolling category - tolling supplier sourcing and purchasing execution on regional level from deliver expected saving on the demand of internal business requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop optimized raw material tolling strategies and provide ideal solutions from procurement perspective, i.e. commercial terms, network planning, business module development, new start-up of business, service quality assurance, etc.
• Manage supply to strength business relationship with the suppliers
• Ensure all procurement requirements are compliant with internal and external requirement
• Deliver concrete result in a cross-working team
• Develop raw material strategies aligning with global organisation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above
• Min. of > 5 years working experience in chemical procurement/supply chain area.
• Solid knowledge/experience about chemical business, understand market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, be able to communicate with all the stakeholders effectively.
• Good problem solving skills and show innovative thinking
• Frequent travel approx. 30%.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Open minded, curious, team player, open to feedback
• Excellent IT-capabilities (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
