About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Stock status management including system stock status accuracy, problem return stock root cause checking and refund tracking, etc.;
  • 3PL service provider cost review and supervision; warehouse management; SAP super user for warehouse management model;
  • Monthly stock check and data reviewing with finance B) 3PL Warehouse daily operation monitor and cost monitor
  • System data input: Goods receiving and DN confirm;
  • Order Flow Checking In System PO (Planning)-GRN (Logistics)-Release(QA including status change in system) - Allocate Price (Finance) –DN cfm (Logistics/CS);
  • Manual record and control: sample deduct/batch number adjustment;
  • Reports preparation: nutrition stock related list including return goods, animal feed, disposal etc.
  • 3PL KPI and cost reporting;
  • Other task assigned by line manager.

Qualifications and skills

  • At least 3 years' experience of 3PL warehouse supervision and familiar with 3PL operation process and weakness;
  • Familiar with food ingredient product storage requirement;
  • Data sensitive, good at Excel report making;
  • Familiar with SAP system English communication needed;
  • Able to work under pressure Focus on details;
  • Careful and considerable Cooperative and thoughtful;
  • Pro-active and fast reactive.
