岗位描述:
1. 参与上市公司的股权激励计划管理，协助处理数据和整理报表，建立和维护相关的公司数据库；
2. 深入研究公司资料，与券商协作实时跟进相关资料；
3. 跟进股权计划管理平台搭建项目，协助项目约谈；
4. 基于国际会计准则对公司的年度股权费用进行财务分析；
5. 其他期权激励计划管理的日常服务工作
我们需要这样的你：
1. 本科或硕士毕业；
2. 金融、会计、经济、财务、项目管理等相关专业；
3. 具有优秀的英语水平；
4. 有较强的财务数据分析能力和逻辑理解能力；
5. 熟练使用MS Office系列软件；
6. 有金融、会计类相关实习经验的优先
7. 学习能力强，积极主动，沟通能力强，团队合作意识强

Position: Share Plan Analyst
Overview: Being an Share Plan Analyst is an exciting and challenging role where no two days are the same! You will become an expert in Share Plan Administration, which will open a world of career opportunities to you. You’ll work with a fantastic team and have the opportunity to engage with people globally on a daily basis. There’s a lot of new terminology to get to grips with, but don’t worry, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training to get you up to speed. If you enjoy working with people, you are articulate, and a great communicator with a head for numbers, this could be the career move you have been looking for!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a portfolio of Companies administering employee share plans within a team framework
2.Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program. 3.Execute the timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving.
4. Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to
client companies’ program(s) to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
5.Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
6. Implement projects to enhance business operations.
7. Act as a point of contact for Client Accounts.
8 Create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners.
9. Identify innovative client solutions.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
4. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
5. Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active Ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines
