Day to Day Responsibilities:

Ongoing Tasks


Shipping and receiving operation: Handle and manage all goods and material receiving and shipping operations for the Asia hub; Check all documents for goods receiving or shipping, and coordinate with 3PL to reconcile, as needed, goods receiving or shipping in system; Follow up and improve logistics related procedures and processes; Related reports and plan on goods receiving or shipping; Organize 3rd party shipment transportation as well as interco transportation.


Inventory control: Identify inventory discrepancy with reconciliation, analyze root cause and develop corrective actions; Provide timely feedback on inventory status to stakeholders; Inventory control and status management; Perform cycle counting audit and annual stocktaking; Complaints handling and investigation; EDI error tracking and follow-up between CLS and 3PL; Order packaging from origin plant and repacking; Coordinate with quality for inspection and release; Maintain inventory master data; Manage inventory storage, expiry and scrapping; Run operational metrics, and publish distribution performance report regularly

Education & Experience:

Required

  • College degree or above, supply chain, logistics or international trade major preferred
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in multinational corporation
  • Knowledge of Import & Export
  • Experience and knowledge of supply chain systems such as warehousing, distribution and inventory management

Desired

  • Experience related to a distribution center warehouse.
  • Experience with global manufacturing and business through work or project experience.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Proficient PC skills, especially on Excel and other office software
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse and transportation management concepts, processes, systems, tools and metrics
  • ERP Systems knowledge
  • Understand and apply warehouse and inventory control procedures in accordance with company policy
  • Strong problem solving skills including working effectively across functions and locations
