Key responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely issuance of all quotations / contracts
  • Maximised customer support
  • Optimised yield potential
  • Full knowledge of Standard Operating procedures and internal systems relevant to the role
  • Implement commercial policies of the Trades, and to communicate these to all relevant parties
  • Support external Sales in delivering budgeted volumes and yield targets through use of Sales tools.
  • Support external Sales activities in terms of preparing tenders, service and rate proposals.
  • Address invoice disputes proactively to minimize their occurrence and reduce outstanding payments.

We are looking for

  • 3 years’ and above related working experience
  • Diploma degree and above
  • English speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Microsoft Package
  • Excellent understanding of the relevant trade lanes
  • Sales process and product knowledge; external sales experience highly desirable
  • Good to have customer service experience
  • Focus on quality
  • Innovation and teamwork in a structured environment (think out of the box)
  • Ability to understand customer drivers, needs and requirements & cluster priorities
  • Ability to collaborate end to end with customer service, operations and external sales
  • Builds strong and lasting relationships with external Sales
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
