Job Description
This position is responsible for day to day HR services of region assigned, to ensure the employee related benefit business be operated in time and compliance. This role will be also part of the payroll backup plan.

Benefit admin position summary

The incumbent is responsible for commercial insurance monthly administration, leave administration, intern salary processing, other HR services admin jobs, etc.
Responsible for preparing the monthly commercial insurance list of China, based on employees new hire, termination or changes, and submit to insurance company
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support on the local submission of employees’ insurance claim to insurance company
  • Answer employees’ inquiry about insurance benefit and coordinate with insurance company when there is any claim issue/dispute
  • Payslip generation and delivery
  • Leave management: E-time Admin role of Asia countries
  • Other SBS HR administration works, i.e. issuing employment certificate and income statement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferably a College or Diploma holder with 1 years of relevant working experiences in multinational companies
  • Job Incumbent must be bilingual in English and Mandarin; Korea language is a pulse
  • Job Incumbent must be meticulous, possess good communication, interpersonal and PC skills
  • Job Incumbent must be a pro-active team player and demonstrate focus on continuous learning and improvement
  • Payroll experience or base finance knowledge is preferable
