SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Lean Manager is accountable for performing various activities that directly support the MVP (Manufacturing Variance Program) initiatives which will result in reductions in manufacturing costs by providing project leadership, training and expertise support for improvement activities to support the manufacturing goals and objectives of the business unit.

SPECIFIC & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
？ Provide continuous improvement program support and project leadership through

• Project identification, prioritization, and execution
• Manufacturing process expertise to support projects
• Training, coaching support in developing MVP mindset
• Project reviews and Project Tracking Database(PTB) maintenance

？ Drive performance improvements in manufacturing and/or business processes through projects on

• Productivity improvement
• Yields improvement
• Scrap reduction

？ Support the Lean Enterprise System(LES) journey by leading lean/kaizen activities through

• Line balancing to improve lead time and productivity
• Value stream map for waste identification and elimination
• Develop visual pull or Kanban systems for WIP reduction
• Implement 5S and cellular manufacturing

？ Support the IDEAS program by evaluating the proposals submitted by applicants

？ Perform other related duties assigned by superior

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
？ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry or equivalent.
？ Excellent in Training Planning and Technical Training, Lean Manufacturing
？ Must be a SIX SIGMA BLACK BELTER
？ At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position
？ Experienced in manufacturing industry is an advantage
？ Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Presentation Skills.
？ Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or Supervisor/Team Lead.
？ Fluent in spoken written English.
