This position targets to partner with function heads to implement HR strategies that contribute to company organization and people development, to serve as a liaison between the business line and HR functions to assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, learning and career development.
Key Responsibilities
to work with function heads on organizational design, staffing planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
to implement HR strategy to align with business strategic plan with providing support for company organization change and transformation projects.
to take lead on performance management project, and to organize and facilitate performance tracking activities by close collaboration with function heads/line managers.
to review and analyze data to identify trends and partner with line managers to retain, develop and motivate employees to achieve employees fullest potential.
to provide HR advice for building managers’ leadership capabilities.
to support various HR projects with cooperation with other HR function teams.
to support and organize staff communication and staff activities in coordination with company communication function such as staff town hall meeting, annual party, teambuilding.
to work closely with line managers to address and resolve employee relations issues ensuring internal harmonization.
to draft and update HR policy & regulation according to actual needs/status which aims at contribution to HR operation compliance.
to provide admin support for company expatriates in China.
other ad hoc tasks assigned by CPO.
Required Experience & Skill
Bachelor’s degree or above
8+ years HR experiences in big MNCs with minimum 5 years solid experience in HRBP role, shipping/logistics industry experience would be a plus
Strong organizational skills and presentation skills are essential
Strategic thinking, strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Familiar with Labor law and HR related regulation
Fluent English in both speaking and writing
