Essential Responsibilities:

• Order processing, including customer check, PO check, order entry & book in SAP, RMA handling, etc.
• Keep follow up with global support chain on order status and coordinate on customer pull in/out request.
• and keep customer updated with order status
• Backlog review and driving for payment collection
• Prepare the reports to management team and sales
• Deal with customer complain, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams
• Follow up with customer/sales to update/resolve issues timely
• Assist finance with collections/invoicing issues
• Be responsible for filing of all documents related to order processing, including PO, contract, EUU and any other supporting documents
• Assist on process/system improvement projects
• Other tasks assigned by the team leader

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years Customer Service/Supply Chain/Trading experiences
• Positive thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver
• Proactive and clear thinker, open minded, excellent time-management, process and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Familiar with ERP system such as SAP or Oracle is an asset
• Familiar with International trade process.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
• Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel
