• Bachelor’s degree at least;
• Good at both English and Chinese, oral and writing;
• 10+ years working experience, 5 + years in dealing with local governments;
• Proved record of leading a deal negotiation with government;
• Solid experience in managing multi stakeholders;
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with frequent cross-functional and senior management contact and able to exert indirect authority to deliver results
• Good business acumen, good communication skill
• Frequent travel needed

Amazon Global Selling (AGS) seek a multi-talented, driven, deadline-oriented content manager to join their Marketing team. The person in this role will be responsible for overall government relations building and maintaining to support AGS business goal in South. This Senior Marketing Manager should possess not only rich experience of dealing with China local government, but also the ability to negotiate and make a deal with governors.

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a passion to drive business in a scale way through earning support from local government

1) Work collaboratively and transparently with the AGS business team to develop AGS GR plan;
2) Work with corporate GR team to build connection with local governments in key focused cities;
3) Drive leads acquisition (especially manufacture and brand acquisition) from government channel, and tailor make cooperation model with each city to support business goal;
4) Maintain the relations with local governments;
5) Facilitate high-level meetings between AGS executives and key stakeholders, including state and local city governors;
6) Act as the core window from AGS to local governments, to handle government related requests, and activities;
7) Guide and monitor the interaction between AGS internal team with government.

• B2B working experience or Consumer industry working experience preferred
• E-commerce industry knowledge and experience.
