JOB SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst in the Supply Chain Order fulfilment team is responsible for purchasing materials, components, finished assemblies and outside processing to support production requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchases materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures and optimizes price, delivery, and terms.

• PDV
• Quality Notification & Task
• Delivered Not Received
• Supplier On-Time Delivery
• Supplier Invoice and Credit Notes

• Cost Reduction

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-year experience working within a supply chain environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in working with overseas suppliers.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively and professionally in both English and Mandarin (Chinese).
• Experience working with multi-national organizations and across cultures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A third level education in a business related discipline or minimum 2-years in a supply chain environment.
• Experience working with supply chain systems (i.e. knowledge of JDE or MRP, Materials Requirements Planning packages).
• Qualified or working towards a relevant supply chain qualification.
