Role Summary:
As a member of a team, you will have day-to-day contact with M&A professionals. You will gain exposure to other groups through networking and group learning activities. You can expect exposure to major deals early on in your career.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preliminary market research & analysis on specific industries via database and investment analyst reports
  • Desktop research & profile building on potential targets, including but not limited to targets ownership structure, financials, business model, operations, and more
  • Build up preliminary valuation/financial models with instructions from BD team members
  • Translation of business documents (e.g. DD question list, deal documentations) both way (Chinese & English);
  • PPT making with instructions from BD team members

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • At least 6 months, 4-5 days/week (5 days are preferred), hope to be onboard as soon as possible
  • Graduate after 2019 September
  • Proficient in MS, Excel, Word and PPT
  • English proficient is a must
  • Students with finance or business degree is preferred
  • Good accounting/finance knowledge is preferred
