Job Purpose/Overview
This position is JXG costing accountant, responsible for JXG costing related accounting job and reporting, support accounting manage and supply finance manager analysis. Timely costing run for JXG production and provide reliable reports/analysis for management decision.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide shared costing accounting service to JXG in compliance with Mars Finance Manual and PRC GAAP respectively
  • Responsible for JXG standard cost maintain and ICP calculation
  • Deliver quality and timely factory costing reporting


Context and Scope
  • Daily operation tasks, including costing run, new SKU ICP calculation and providing finance support to JXG associates.
  • JXG period-end closing in SAP, including manual posting and system operation
  • Build the professional reports (MCC report, OUSG report, etc.) to factory management team and supply finance manager.
  • Quarterly ICP update, responsible for detail calculation and fluctuation analysis
  • Lead yearly standard cost fresh to align with annual budget schedule
  • Accounting manager assigned other work

Job Specifications/Qualifications
1. Education & Professional Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in accounting, economics, business or finance
  • Professional certification such as CPA a plus
2. Knowledge/Experience
  • 5+ years of professional accounting experience; experience in costing accounting is preferred
  • Good learning agility and analytical skill
  • Organized, logical thinking, eager to learn and high sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skill, be able to build cross-function collaboration
  • Master of Microsoft Excel is must and knowledge of SAP is a plus
