1. Make material plan according to production plan and purchase corresponding materials according to demand.
2.Track the implementation of the plan, timely adjust and coordinate the material delivery arrangement.Communicate with purchasing, import and export, QA, warehouse, MBD, r&d, overseas suppliers to solve import clearance, inspection and delivery issues.
3. Support new product development, trial run and material supply to ensure new products are delivered to market on time and in quantity.
4. Manage the inventory according to the demand and the improved inventory strategy, monitor the inventory information, and timely deal with the defective inventory such as defective goods and expired goods;
5 Continuous improvement, leading the implementation of various cost reduction projects and cost saving projects related to production materials;
6. Pay attention to the material expiration risk caused by product revision and plan change, and reduce scrap through active communication and reasonable arrangement;
7. Maintain good cooperation and communication with relevant departments and suppliers, optimize the operation process of production material planning, and improve the work efficiency and accuracy of the planning team;
8. Help suppliers to improve service level and drive continuous optimization of end-to-end supply chain.
At least 3 years working experience in material control planning.(food manufacturing experience is preferred);
Good communication skills;
University degree or above;
Good computer skills and SAP related skills.
