HR and Admin manager for Bilfinger Guangzhou Engineering and Technologies Co., Ltd.
MAIN TASKS
Basic HR tasks like payroll processing and personnel registration;
Basic Admin tasks like personnel, OT and leave administration;
Develop and maintain job descriptions;
Find and filter job candidates for technical and sales functions;
Manage the cleaning services, facility management, driver and office safety;
Support the salary development with performance analysis and market competitiveness data;
Setup of company documentation (company manual);
Evaluate the personnel training needs;
Detect and solve work conflicts;
Organize social activities (New Years Party, yearly outing etc.) to develop a company culture;
Motivate the staff to stay with the company;
Support visitors with travel arrangements and visa requirements etc.;
Educate and train new staff (company introduction training, company tools);
Audit evacuation plans, fire escape routes, safety and fire prevention measures;
Safeguard the in-house first-aid capacity.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
Good knowledge of the English written and spoken language
Detailed knowledge about Chinese labor law, payroll and social insurance
Excellent human relations, communication, and conflict handling skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must
Bachelor degree in personnel management;
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
Experience in motivating staff to stay with a company.
Preferred
Experience in a commercial and international environments;
Experience in hiring technical and sales staff.
