Responsibilities:

1. Be fully responsible for staffing, training and ER function.

2. Responsible for recruitment, labor contract management (new contract, contract renewal and revision/updates etc.).

3. Maintain employee information in SAP, keep and update personnel files of employee.

4. Track on new employee's probation and take related actions.

5. Assist with personnel change/mobilization.

6. Conduct exit interview, make statistics and analysis on the turnover rate of personnel.

7. Closely follow up with annual training plan, organize and conduct related training and track the training effectiveness.

8. Assist with employee communication, employee management problems and labor dispute handing. Assist to review and update employee handbook annually.

9. Organize related activities, conduct ESS, design and manage bulletin board, publish company newsletter timely and maintain company website and App when required.

10. Draft and update related HR flies, such as HR process, internal MEMO and forms etc.

11. Collect related data and keep the related records timely and completely, ensure no-findings in both internal and external audit.

12. Complete related HR report and make related analysis on time.

13. Be responsible for related personnel application to government such as some special allowance, professional title and HuKou transferring etc.

14. Complete other jobs or tasks assigned by manager.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or administrative management.

2. 1 year related working experience or above.

3. Willing to develop career in HR field and enjoy the work.

4. Familiar with related HR laws and regulations.

5. Good at English writing and reading.

6. Skilled at computer, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc. Knowledge in HRIS is preferred.

7. Careful, thoughtful and good multi-task management ability.

8. Result-oriented, Easy-going and principled.

9. Good communication skills and be independent.

10. A good team player and can work under pressure.
