1. 2+ years of Accounting/Finance/Operations experience
2. Ability to solve problems independently in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
3. Relevant experience in Month end closing of Books of accounts / working on Balance sheet Reconciliation & Reporting activities/ Managing Payroll account / Accounting Knowledge.
4. Excellent computer skills / presentation skills and attention to detail
5. Proven communication skills (written and verbal), Fluent English skills are required
6. Strong desire to learn and grow
7. Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or above

1. Prepare Journal entries, account reconciliation and management reporting for Amazon China legal entities.
2. Support the Management in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures and policies.
3. On the audit front, the analyst will manage department’s response to internal and external audit requirements and will also ensure compliance with SOX and policy requirements
4. Work with finance operation peers / central accounting to resolve and escalate issues noted from accounting reconciliation and follow up the action plan to ensure the issue is entirely fixed.
5. Participate/lead projects that contribute to the team's overall efficiency.
6. Analyze data provided by variant tools and systems for internally financial analysis and reporting
7. Play an important role in promoting systems/process development within department to ensure ongoing efficiency and control improvements.
8. Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

l. Significant experience of project management & analysis within a fast paced multitasking driven
2.Goal driven, result orientated, self-motivated, able to step back and look at the bigger picture
3.Experience of Oracle R12 is preferred. Hands on experience on accounting & reconciliation process.
4. Process improvement related experience is preferred.
5. CPA or chartered accountant equivalent certificate is preferred.
