Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  • Lead one of the three key Network Areas (WAN/LAN, Audio/Video Conferencing and Security) to support Network Service Roadmap delivery. Suggest and implement network infrastructure upgrades, modifications and EOL replacements globally based on business and technology requirements. Make sure funding (CAB, Running Cost) is planned for suggested projects.
  • Interact with Service Manager to understand service level agreements and maintain the same with vendors and other central support teams.
  • Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans for infrastructure owned.
  • Ensure team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements
  • Represent and run network infrastructure service for technology owned within agreed SLA, ensure availability, capacity and reliability of the network Infrastructure services with the usage of ITIL Methodology (incident, problem, change, release and knowledge management)
  • Lead resolution of all Critical Incidents and fulfilment all Support Tasks & Changes for supported technology within the agreed SLA’s during regional shift.
  • Suggest technology upgrades, modifications and deployments to Global Technology Owners in Networks Team based on business needs. Make sure site funds (CAB, Running Cost) is fed back for suggested projects.
  • Supervise vendor resources to support and maintain company network operation within supported technology and your shift.
  • Maintain working relationships with the key stakeholders (Mars Service Desk, Security Team, End User Team, Local Infrastructure Teams)
  • Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans.
  • Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades and problem resolution activities.


Qualifications/任职条件

  • Bachelor degree in IT or business with technology focus (Management Information Services, Telecoms Networks, Servers).

  • At least 2 years IT experience in IT service management.
  • At least 3 years of IT infrastructure management.
  • Advanced knowledge and/or experience in any of following systems is an requirement: Cisco Networking Certificate, VPN Remote Access (Nortel, Radius), LAN (TCPIP, DNS, Cisco IOS) and Networking protocols (TCP/IP), IT infrastructure (computer rooms, UPS, Cabling systems).
