Main Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the implementation, alignment and development of the ecosystem and relationship with the strategic IT service suppliers and other 3rd party or open ecosystem suppliers
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting the ecosystem supplier’s overall performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for the operational relationship between IT and the providers (i.e. purchase order handling, invoice handling, etc.)
  • Ensures alignment and information flow in close cooperation between various NSB functions (GPR, F&C, IT units) and stakeholders regarding supplier specific topics (escalations, disputes, contract interpretation issues), including main contribution regarding contract negotiations.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for ecosystem in purchase order management. Main contact for contractual issues and changes for Business Service Owners and other relevant IT parties.
  • Ensures long-term, balanced sourcing plan according IT Supplier and NSB strategy, including scouting and supporting a quick execution of the new supplier qualification activities.
  • Supports the collection and analysis of accurate and transparent supplier orders and related costs.
  • Responsible for developing and supporting the sourcing related processes and their supporting tools with support from other IT functional roles, and ensuring the supplier information quality.
  • May have strategic liability; broader scope and financial accountability to facilitate the contractual, financial and overall performance related steering meeting(s) as a central element of the tactical and strategic supplier relationship, interacts with other governance bodies. Responsible for the overall contract execution within the agreed financial frame and the adherence to the contractual Compliance. Responsible for the definition and evolution of supplier management processes from an IT standpoint.
Minimum qualifications:

Ÿ At least 15 years of vendor management experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading vendor management teams with a global presence.
Ÿ Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership.
Ÿ Has managed IT-wide budgets of $50M+.
Ÿ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations including legal, finance and sourcing.

Ÿ Business acumen combined with technical background.
Ÿ Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
