Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Job Description-Provide on-going and efficient administrative support

  • Local support

  • Prioritize line manager’s key stakeholders’ meetings as requested

  • Arrange legal team meeting / 1:1 catch-ups / monthly catch-up for line manager & team members;

  • Arranging travelling logistics (visa invitation letter application; put flight and hotel info. Into line manager’s calendar as a reminder; arrange car pick-up; prepare agenda);

  • Monthly report reminder / monthly engagement record reminder;

  • Make T&E reimbursements;

  • Remind line manager to approve quests in time in Cerps;

  • Maintain legal budget control; save cost for the legal fee;

  • Print, scan, formatting documents as requested;

  • Arrange POA to be signed and stored centrally and to be uploaded into WOW;

  • Update the legal templates in WOW as requested;

  • Establish precise filling practice;

  • Keep original records of boarding meeting resolution and minutes;

  • Register various meetings: Anto; LCouncil; AmCham; European Chamber; meetings held by law firms

  • Organize team building.

  • Above country support

  • Prepare Quarterly Legal Highlights Report;

  • Tracking of Legal Joiners, Leavers & Leave of Absence;

  • Above country’s colleague visit China: Arrange car pick-up, book meeting room, prepare meeting agenda and arrange team dinner;

  • Interact with others and build relationships with external vendors and internal corss-functions

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
