Job Responsibilities

1 Lead interdisciplinary teams for Operations and drive all project activities related to new product transfer and launch (Local/regional/global) through CMOs. Accountable for product transfer in time, in quality and under budget. Accountable for project/transfer cost.
2 Active Management of external production network (assigned CMO's) of 3PM Asia to ensure and lead all processes to secure product supply. Ensuring contractual requirements, BI internal guidelines as well as pharmaceutical rules and existing legal rules are met.
3 Proactively provide input from operation standpoint, to shape the future manufacturing and operation model for business.

Qualifications

1 Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree or abov
2 Major: Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or Project Management relate
3 Proven track record of minimum 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical operations environment, pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and production/process
4 Ability to work independently and strong self-motivatio
5 Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in international environment; outstanding negotiation and problem solving skills, strong business mindset, promotes continuous improvement; ability to lead interdisciplinary teams; high degree of initiative and flexibility; wide range of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry; good knowledge of GMP, international supply regulations and BI business processes.
