职责描述

• Payment management and accounting: manage and control the daily AP operations, which include invoice validation, booking, payment review, collection of Fapiao, reconciliation and issue-solving. Our payment covers both domestic and oversea. Besides payment accounting, it also includes accrual accounting, cash pool and other related accountings.
• Supply management: Manage daily communication with suppliers including service providers. It requires a wide coverage and understanding of the whole process flow from vendor acceptance, goods/service delivery, and then tax and treasury arrangements.
• System Implementation: Be an expert of our in-house accounting system and lead/participate in the on-going developments of in-house ERP system including invoices management system, as well as maintenance of auto-payment system and accounting vouchers management system.
• Process Optimization: Optimize and standardize the operational processes (set-up of SOPs), in accordance with group's internal control procedures, and always trying to increase the operational efficiency.
• People Management: Manage and maintain a competent, stable and efficient AP team. Provide training to team members periodically to keep on increasing work quality and efficiency. In addition, it's of equal importance to manage all the outsourcing resource.
• Others: Other ad-hoc tasks and projects.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects. Certificates of Accounting Professional (CPA or other certificate at a similar level)
• At least 5 years' working experience, with accounting areas in big MNCs (Accounts Payable experience is preferred).
• Proven leadership experience: managed a small to medium size team.
• Fluency in both written and oral English.
• Relevant experience in retail industry is preferred.
• Relevant experience in ERP projects implementation is preferred.
