The Telcom Engineer III is responsible for the analysis, planning, implementation and monitoring of our Cisco Unified CM Voice systems.

Additional responsibilities include the following:

• Develops and evaluates availability and performance criteria.
• Prepares the analysis of the short-term or long-term capacity needs for data growth, communication lines and related infrastructure.
• Keeps an eye on latest communication technology and its delivery methods for the use by employees, clients and end users.
• Provides technical guidance regarding technology and proposed upgrades to equipment.
• Provides voice and data communications hardware and software solutions to business user needs.
