1. 负责 Linux 系统的日常运营，包括安装，维护和补丁/升级 Linux 操作系统和各种应用软件;

2. 高级故障排除和复杂的问题解决，必须能够根据需要灵活工作和加班;

3. 基于 Linux 的监控系统 Nagios / Zabbix / Prometheus 的日常操作以及新的功能/要求调查和实施;

4. 与开发人员合作，在 VM 或 kubernetes 上实现新版本的应用程序;

5. 管理 VMware vCenter 和 ESXi 服务器;

6. 监控系统事件以确保健康，最大化系统可用性和服务质量;

7. 构建相关脚本以自动和大规模地完成日常工作;

8. 维护有关 Linux 平台的配置，操作和故障排除过程的文档;按照指示参与标准，指南，***做法和指标的定义;

9. 协助评估所需的项目或操作的新要求，技术设计和标准;执行所有其他相关任务。

理想的候选人条件：

1. 学历与经验要求（教育/经验）

本科及以上学历（最好是计算机科学）在 300 多个服务器环境中有 5 年 Linux 系统管理经验RHCE / RHCA / VCP / VCAP 是首选

2. 技能要求（技能）

熟练掌握基本的 Linux 系统管理，例如服务器安装，lvm，bash，yum / rpm，grub，文件权限

熟练掌握服务管理，如 DNS，sFTP，NFS

熟练掌握监控系统 Nagios / Zabbix / Prometheus

熟练掌握 Shell / Python / Perl 中的任何一个

熟 练掌握 Web 服务 Apache / Nginx / Tomcat

熟练掌握中间件管理，如 rabbixMQ，redis，kafka 熟练使用配置工具 ansible

熟练使用 docker / Kubernetes

熟练掌握 HA / LB 解决方案，如 keepallived / nginx / haproxy 熟练掌握与 kubernetes 相关的服务，如 consul，etcd，flannel 熟练管理 Vsphere / Esxi

熟练掌握 HP 硬件（刀片/机架服务器，存储） 熟悉网络传输协议，如 TCP / IP，http，https

熟悉网络结构知识，如 TCP / IP，OSI，路由器，交换机，垃圾邮件熟悉 ITIL

IT Senior Administrator-Linux Key responsibilities:

? Responsible for the proper daily operations of the Linux systems including install, maintain and patch/upgrade Linux OS and various application software;

? Advanced troubleshooting and complex issue resolution, must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required;

? Daily operations of Linux based surveillance system Nagios/Zabbix/Prometheus and with new function/requirement investigate and implement;

? Cooperation with developers on implementation of new versions of applications on VM or kubernetes;

? Administration of VMware vCenter and ESXi server;

? Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality;

? Build related scripts to finish the daily job automatically and massively;

? Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures related to the Linux platform;

? Participate to the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics as directed;

? Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards as project or operation required;

? Carry out all other related tasks.

Ideal candidate profile:

? Bachelor degree or above (preferably in Computer Science)

? 5 years of experience in Linux systems administration in a 300+ servers environment

? RHCE/RHCA/VCP/VCAP is preferred

? Skilled with one of HA/LB solution, such as keepallived/nginx /haproxy

? Skill with services relateds with kubernetes such as consul, etcd, flannel

? Skill with Certification Authority

? Skilled with Vsphere/Esxi management

? Skilled with HP hardware(Blade/Rack server, storeeasy)

? Knowledge in transfer protocol, like TCP/IP, http, https

? Knowledge in network constructions, like TCP/IP, OSI, router, switch, spam

? Knowledge in ITIL

? Knowledge in one of the DB system, like mysql/oracle/mongoDB

? Knowledge in DevOps, such as svn/git/jenkins/maven

? Knowledge in cloud hosting providers, i.e: Amazon Web Services

? Knowledge in ELK is preferred
